Anxiety will keep you from the Peace of God in your mind. Through devoted prayer Jesus injects in us His Peace that surpasses all understanding. Your trial may not go away but you will have newfound strength to go through it. Anxiety can shake you loose from your spiritual foundation and destroy your peace of mind. Prayer is not a magic pill or instant fix all the time. It is a steady anchor for you to have when the storms of life are drowning you in anxiety. Study Phil 4:4-9
