Oh To Be Wise-Meditations

Day after day every priest stood to minister and offer again and again the same sacrifices which can never take away sins. Jesus offered for all time one sacrifice for sins and sits at the Right Hand of God. He is waiting for His enemies to be made His footstool. Yes, Jesus right now is seated. He is not pacing the Halls of Heaven because He has done everything needed for you to be Right with God. Jesus did not sit down because He was tired but because He was finished. Take time to sit down in your chaotic situations and rest in the Authority of Christ. Share that rest in Christ with others who feel like they are at their enemies footstool. Study Heb. 10:12 

Día tras día, cada sacerdote se ponía de pie para ministrar y ofrecer una y otra vez los mismos sacrificios que nunca pueden quitar los pecados. Jesús ofreció por siempre un sacrificio por los pecados y se sienta a la diestra de Dios. Él está esperando que sus enemigos sean convertidos en estrado de sus pies. Sí, Jesús ahora está sentado. Él no está paseando por los Salones del Cielo porque ha hecho todo lo necesario para que estés en lo correcto con Dios. Jesús no se sentó porque estaba cansado sino porque había terminado. Tómese el tiempo para sentarse en sus situaciones caóticas y descansar en la Autoridad de Cristo. Comparta ese descanso en Cristo con otros que sientan que están en el estrado de sus enemigos.
