A belly button is a humble reminder that you were created and born from flesh and blood. The crazy thing is your birth parents did nothing to form you or design you. Through the strongest act of physical human love you were formed without human hands. Knitted together by chromosone and cell, you have a unique DNA that was written in blood. In pain you were brought into this world, connected to the life in your mother and father. Then the umbilical cord was cut and you became a self sustaining, living, breathing act of the supernatural. You are strengthened by your envirnoment until you were weaned off nature's life support. Through the precious gift of time you become aware enough to realize what you are and who you are. Yes, a belly button is a humble reminder that you are created and born from the Holy Spirit, the raw spiritual power of the Living God. You are alive because He is. Jesus is alive, the written word of God brought to life. He blotted out the handwriting of ordinances against us by the ink of His Blood written on our hearts.Â
