Proverbs of a 35 yr old man.

(Spiritual interpretation of me teaching my son where his source of strength is found.)

Father: Come my son you need this to find meaning, purpose and strength. Son: Where are we going father?

Father: We are going to give God a sacrifice in the secret place.

Son: Where is this place father where you need no wood for sacrifice, no fire, and no knife?

Father: My son, God has already provided for us a Lamb through His Son Jesus. We go to offer our lives, offer up our bodies as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to the Lord! Close the closet door behind you and let us worship Him in Spirit and Truth. My son, when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to our Father, who is unseen. Then our Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. This is the secret to your strength for your life in Christ. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

Son: Yes Father. His Will and not mine be done in my life. I will follow the example of Jesus praying in secret to our Father. Love you Papa.

Father: Yes my son, Be still and know that He is God.
