Proverbs of a 35 yr old man.

Dear child of God, guard yourself from idols. Keep away from anything that might take God's place in your heart. Look what Jesus has done on the Cross: He took the sinful calf you made with your own hands, with your own life, and burned it up, crushed it, throughly grinding it to powder as fine as dust. He then threw its dust into the pure stream that comes down from his holy mountain. God is forgiving and through Christ we have the power to overcome temptations of sin. No idol can stand in our hearts if Jesus is Lord. I am crushed by the power of His Love for me. He is the idol crusher.
