Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Work hard and do not be lazy. Serve the Lord with a heart full of devotion. Not lagging behind in diligence let us use our morning energy for the Lord. In our afternoon peak of strength let us use it's vigor for the Lord. And in the evening give our enthusiasm and vitality to the Lord. God gives good sleep to those who rest on His Promises. What good is it wake up early and sleep late working hard for the things of this world. Trust that God will provide your earthly needs and work for the Lord day and night for the cause of the Gospel. That will bring a righteous yield in your life and more contentment to your earthly life. By the sweat of our brows we eat our bread, until we return to the ground--because out of it we were taken. For dust we are, and to dust we will return. Praise God, Jesus has restored our spirit to God and is renewing us daily through the Holy Spirit. From glory to glory we are growing in spirit, in the knowledge of Christ our Savior. Be secure in the love of Christ, because there is no hope in this flesh for all will die. Hope in Jesus! Look around you and see power of His Love working in you and in others around you . Go and lie down in safety and rest in the work done on the Cross. When you physically wake up run in same spirit that rose Jesus from the dead. Live your day in ressurection power!
