Oh To Be Wise Meditations

His eyes roam the earth looking to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. Jesus calls out where are you my son, my daughter? Come and be clothed in the robe of righteousness. Come and get strength for today. Thank you Jesus for covering my nakedness not exposing my sin and shame. You bore our shame, despised and rejected by people. You were a man of sorrows, familiar with suffering. You were despised like one from whom people turn their faces, and we didn't consider you to be worth anything. Our sins left you naked on the Cross to bear open shame. You called out to the Father where are you? Unlike Adam and Eve finding covering in you, Jesus you had no covering you bore it all. Oh to be wise in this: Your Love is so humbling.

Meditate 2 Chron. 16:9
