Oh To Be Wise Meditations

The spiritual battle is fierce. Blood, sweat, and tears are shed in allegiance to the King of Kings and Lord of Lord's. I was flat on my back with the enemies of God pressing in on me. In fact, a sword of offense was on my very neck ready to roll my head away from faith into fear. Then I look and see the right arm of God is not to short to save. Belief hits the soul, the word of God becomes alive as I see King Jesus trotting in on a White Horse. He is so faithful and true, in righteousness he judges and makes war. The fire in his eyes ignites my soul as I outmaneuver the sword of offense. Get back on feet and do a spin move of faith. And as I spin I pull out the sword of the word and cut the head of the enemy! These powers who govern this world of darkness, these spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world are retreating. Jesus himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God! Our Commander in Chief is with us in battle. He draws a sword out of his mouth and shouts onward Christian soldier! What a sight that inspires as He gallups the clouds as the sun rises in victory. I am undone, what a sight to see my King who died for me, riding on the clouds in victory! All I can say is victory belongs to Jesus! Get up O Christian from defeat. Get up O Christian from oppression. The battle is already won, grab your sword and follow Him who rides on the White Horse. Let us help each other up from the enemies enslavement. Let us slay dragons as we overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Victory belongs to Jesus!
