Proverbs of a 35 yr old man

I will pray for you, will you pray for me? Located on a slope of the Mount of Olives was a garden of ancient olive trees. The place was called Gethsemane, literally meaning oil press. It is there that Jesus would experience exceedingly great sorrow unto death. So crushed was He that He sweat sour drops of blood, enduring the cup of wrath that was against all humanity. During this time Jesus would get up from private prayer and check on his disciples. Peter, James, and John were called upon by Jesus to watch and pray so that they would not fall into temptation. Jesus had to wake them up twice to remind them to pray because their spirit is willing but their flesh was weak. Jesus was praying for them, but they could not pray for themselves. Again I ask you, I will pray for you, will you pray for me? I know your busy with the cares of this world. I know that you are tired in need of rest, but will you stay up awhile to watch and pray with me? What if for just one hour? My soul is consumed with sorrow to the point of death! Stay here with me and be my brother or sisters keeper and lift up holy hands with me! Oh Father in heaven if this trial cannot pass may your will be done. Thank you for the body of Christ, who follow the example of Jesus by praying for each other through the thick and thin of life's trials. Jesus you always pray for me, I will take the time to pray for my brother or sister who are in their day of adversity.
