Oh To Be Wise Meditations
The Worriers. The spiritual battle we face daily is real. We live in this world, but we don't act like its people or fight our battles with the weapons of this world. Instead, we use God's power that can destroy spiritual strongholds and fortresses. God has raised up warriors in his army of saints that will take up their cross and follow Christ. Their is a time for war and a time for peace. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Proclaim among the body of Christ, even among the nations: "Prepare for war; rouse the mighty men and women of faith; let all the men of war advance and attack! Move forward with intercessory prayer and living scripture. Turn your phones into living swords and your bibles into spiritual spears. Let the weak in faith say, ‘I am strong! Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before in the presence of many witnesses. The warriors in Christ move in silence, harmless as doves but as wise as serpents. God has positioned them it places that need the salt and light of the Gospel. But there are also alot worriers that have stayed behind. Yes, worriers instead of warriors that are not ready for battle. They will not use the King's armor because it does not fit their lifestyle. And even their weapon and armour of choice is something they are not able to use because of lack of discipline. They have failed to sharpen the sword, to train with the shield, and complain the armour is to burdensome. Worriers are quickly becoming of the world and not just in the world. Soon through complacency in sin they will be worldiers that live for this world. Conforming to the world and everything in it, they have forgotten they started as warriors of light. Lord, fill me with your Spirit, I fight for your glory alone. Meditate Isaiah 54:17
