Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Lord, I am so lost without you. I want so much to feel my way through life but I need to be lead by you. You found me in a dead end corner desperate for meaning. I put my faith in the world and it let me down in despair. You pulled me out of the darkness and gave me purpose to follow. Calling me your child, forgiving my past, and giving a future home to dwell in now and forevermore. Sometimes I wake up from nightmares disoriented and disshuffled. Rehashing things from my lost state of mind in the past. I get myself together by remembering the Cross and Ressurection, how you live to make yourself found. You are not far away even though in the physical it seems you are. Praise God you can be found in the secret place if you would just seek you to know you. Jesus you are a bridge over troubled waters and in you I am found. Though the waters rage against me I have a solid faith to keep me from getting lost in the darkness of this world. You are my shining light that I walk every day towards, keeping me safe with your warm love. Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish. Look on my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins. I am so lost without the leading of Holy Spirit. Meditate John 14:26
