Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Come, children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. Listen to counsel and accept discipline, that you may be wise the rest of your days. The way to become wise is to honor the LORD; he gives sound judgment to all who obey his commands. He is to be praised forever. To obey the LORD is the fundamental principle for wise living; all who carry out his precepts acquire good moral insight. His commands make you wiser than the enemy, for they are a constant guide. Lord, you are ready to rescue everyone who worships you, so that you will live with us in all your glory. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
