Proverbs of a 37 yr old man

I want complete victory over sin in my life. I want to see the dust of Jesus foot all over the serpent's face. Where desire is gone and I have total peace in that area of my life. Like Paul, I want to be a shocking testimony to those around me. That even when sin's fangs sink deep into my heart and life, I can shake off its evil desires all to the glory of God. And this, to the astonishment of those around me will give glory to God for the change they are seeing in me. Not I, but they are seeing Christ living in me. The people waited for Paul to swell up or suddenly drop dead. But when they had waited a long time and saw that he wasn’t harmed, they changed their minds and decided he was a god. My God, are you seeing this with your spiritual eyes? The people thought he was a god, and this was an opportunity to share the God that lives in Him, Jesus. Christ's victory over sin allows me and you to trample over the serpents evil desires, even death itself has no power over us. Because He lives we live. I want complete victory over sin in my life. The enemy has been defeated, though he may trip you up with his tail. You can still rise above the sin and the flesh and walk in the newness of life. One crushed snake head at a time, will Jesus get us through the gauntlet of sin and wicked desires. The bronze snake has been lifted up in the wilderness. Let's continue to look to the Cross of Christ to get our complete healing and victory over sin. Who's with me?
