Oh To Be Wise Meditations
These words, which The Lord has commanded us today, need to be in your heart. Memorize his laws and tell them to your children over and over again. Talk about them all the time, whether you're at home or walking along the road or going to bed at night, or getting up in the morning. Write down copies and tie them to your wrists and foreheads to help you obey them. Write these laws on the door frames of your homes and on your town gates. Remember God's teachings, and you will never take a wrong step. Lord, I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You! I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your law is within my heart. Hallelujah! Happy is the man who fears the LORD, taking great delight in His commands. May my meditation be pleasing to him; I will rejoice in the LORD.
