Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Your Kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The LORD is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. LORD, we need the culture of The Kingdom to arrive here on earth, and Praise God The Kingdom has already arrived. As we go, we preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near. Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command. We are like his angels that we carry out His word in our lives hearkening the voice of His command. Living as ambassadors to his Kingdom and not slaves to this world. I am not to pursue power but authority in Jesus name. His power will flow through as I am submitted to Him and His Body. The enemy of our souls loves for us to leave our covering. To operate solo and depend on ourselves. But the Gospel of the Kingdom is a Kingdom message and not a personal hero message. Jesus was the Ultimate Ambassador of Heaven, his life was and is the light of men. We need his covering, our church covering, and our families covering to truly preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. We must spread the news of Gods Sovereign authority over all the earth. And how the love of God in Christ has given us authority over evil and spiritual darkness. We battle daily against the effects of sin and death in our world. But we know we have the victory in Jesus. His Kingdom has prevailed and we have been given authority in his name to preach good tidings and Good News. Jesus will use us for his inner working power as we submit to his authority. We are not trying to spread religion but proclaiming the constitution of heaven on earth. Jesus is the Living Word and He is conforming hearts with his law of love. The Kingdom of heaven is like yeast. Its culture once it gets to an area it begins to spread very quietly and you cannot stop it. Yeast engages the dough but never becomes the dough. The dough becomes the yeast. We mix with the world but we never become like the world. We change the world to become like us who are being transformed into the image of Christ. “When will the Kingdom of God come?” Jesus replied, “The Kingdom of God can’t be detected by visible signs. You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you.” Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
