Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Your mercies oh LORD renew every morning. and you are faithful through the night. Where is another God like you, who pardons the guilt of the remnant, overlooking the sins of his special people? You will not stay angry with your people forever, because you delight in showing unfailing love. Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean! Jesus, you are so forgiving that you hold nothing against us, because you held it on the Cross. You bore our sin and shame and buried it the oceans depths. By day you LORD directs your love and at night your song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life. He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me— God sends forth his love and his faithfulness. He reaches down from on high and takes hold of me; He draws me out of deep waters. Leaving my sins behind restoring my sin trampled spirit. I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me. Study Ps. 138:8
