Lord, you know we can be distracted by the cares of this world. It’s easy to become preoccupied with our material and physical needs. We know You call us to live our lives with an eternal purpose and focus, and we need Your Spirit’s help to keep our minds and hearts focused on the things You tell us matter most. Please fill us with an ever-increasing appetite for the spiritual above the material. Amen.
