Oh To Be Wise Meditations
He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control. For those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. Our bodies are buried in brokenness, but they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness, but they will be raised in strength. What an amazing thought that when we see Jesus as He truly is face to face. We will be like him not only in heart and character, but also in our feeble bodies. Our bodies will be transformed to the same eternal body Jesus has. These things are too wonderful for me to understand! When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. We now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.
