Oh To Be Wise Meditations
I must first turn from my sin in my heart, so that the LORD can begin to heal me. Then the flesh will follow suit and through spiritual discipline evil desire will be totally eradicated. You, LORD, are the one I praise. So heal me and rescue me! Then I will be completely well and perfectly safe. I confessed my sins and told them all to you. I said, "I'll tell the LORD each one of my sins." Then you forgave me and took away my guilt. We worship you, Lord, and we should always pray whenever we find out that we have sinned. Then we won't be swept away by a raging flood of guilt and despair. You are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with joyful shouts of deliverance. My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life. Your promise revives me; it comforts me in all my troubles. Meditate Jeremiah 15:19
