Proverbs of a 37 yr old man
A woke spirit. There is a counterfeit spirit out in the world today and we have to be careful not to be deceived. The spirit of age closely resembles the things of God but denies his power. Its like a lustful mirage that disappears when the thirsty soul tries to drink and quench its soul. There is no living water there, no living substance that provides a righteous standard for the dead hearts of humanity. There needs to be an awakening to every heart to the truth of Gods word. Its more than just ancient words spoken but its actually spirit and life for those who choose listen. Without the Spirit of Christ you are just plain woke to societies needs and brokenness. We need a complete awakening like cold water poured on someone sound asleep. They will be upset at first but will thank God later because their whole world view, their whole life was on hell's fire! Be careful not to be just woke, but to actually strive to be fully awakened to the Spirit of Christ! People can be forgiven any sin and any evil thing they say; but whoever says evil things against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. Why? What do you think a person who shows no respect for the Son of God deserves? That person looks at the blood of the promise, the blood that made them holy, as no different from other people's blood. Insulting the Spirit that God gave us out of his kindness and mercy. Its not enough to be barely woke in spirit, we have to be fully awaken to the Holy in Holy Spirit. If not, its just plain unpardonable. Just think how much worse is the punishment they will deserve! Those who trample the blood and pervert the Spirit of Jesus.
