Proverbs of a 37 yr old man

Enjoy safe pasture. God has not only provided green luscious pastures, but he has guaranteed its safety. Jesus says, "Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures. He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young. Yes, trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. For the portion of the LORD is His people. In Christ we have received an inheritance that will never perish. We are his people and the sheep of his pasture; we will give thanks for eternity, and to a generation of generation we shall tell of his wonders! Remember though, anyone who doesn't enter the sheep pen by the gate but climbs in some other way is a thief and a robber. But the one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens it for him, and the sheep hear his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. After he has gathered his own flock, he walks ahead of them, and they follow him because they know his voice. They won’t follow a stranger; they will run from him because they don’t know his voice.” Now listen to the Spirit of Christ and He will lead us to safe pasture.
