Proverbs of a 37 yr old man
Poem for the sick: Oh bed of languishing. In sickness and in health Jesus stays by his bride and never leaves her side. Even in death He will raise her back to life! Your body and mind may waste away, but God remains the foundation of your life and your inheritance forever. In sickness and in health still love and honor the Risen LORD. In the bed of languishing you will find comfort in the Spirit of Christ. He will nurse you when you are sick and restore you to health. A real health and healing that is found in the experience of abundant peace and truth. Jesus has brought you to the house of abundant wine, and his banner over you is love! Sustaining your spirit like with food for the body, with raisins and apricots; yes refreshing you with apples, for Jesus knows you are lovesick and in need of his healing presence.
