If you look at your body right now you will see what you are is really what you eat. Now look at your inner person, your inner self in the same way and you will see what your character is producing. There are a lot of factors that make you who you are both physically and spiritually. There is no better way to see both clearly than through the mirror of Holy Scripture. Without Christ we have no mirror to truly see who we really are.
