Proverbs of a 38 yr old man

The Lessons of Cranes. These large birds, who fly great distances across continents, have three remarkable qualities. First, they rotate leadership. No one bird stays out in front all the time. Second, they choose leaders who can handle turbulence. And then, all during the time one bird is leading, the rest are honking their affirmation. That’s not a bad model for church, our jobs, and many situations in our lives. Let us determine to lead when God asks us to lead, and to follow when God asks us to follow. The goal of a follower is to make the person you are following successful. So let’s trust Jesus that he will get us where we need to go, giving Him the deserved glory for his leadership over us. He has laid the path of righteousness before us by the Cross. Follow Him and be apart of his great flock. Study Ps. 5:8 https://biblehub.com/psalms/5-8.htm
