Proverbs of a 38 yr old man
If we say we are his, we must follow the example of Christ. So I want whatever he is having? Who’s he, Jesus. Give me the food that he eats, give the water that he drinks. I want be sustain by what sustains him. I want to live like him, and I to be just like him. To have strong faith like him, to love like him. His example is what I would like to follow. When people meet me may they see his essence in me. I want my Heavenly Fathers eyes so I can see the beauty of his creation. I am tired of looking at things in the flesh for selfish desire. No, I want to see things the way God and Adam saw it at the beginning. Whatever you say it is LORD, your will be done. Whatever I do I want to do it for the glory of God! For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps. You know Christ always does right and everyone who does right is a child of God. You are to imitate me, just as I imitate Christ. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me, put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
