Take Me In The Spirit. It was faith that kept Enoch from dying. Instead, he was taken up to God, and nobody could find him, because God had taken him up. LORD, take me up in the Spirit, the place where your timeless glory dwells. There is no death nor decay, no moral rot or deceit. Just everlasting spirit and life. Before Enoch was taken he was commended as one who pleased God. Without faith no one can please God. We must believe that God is real and rewards everyone who searches for him. It is good to draw near to the LORD, to get close to his weighty presence in prayer and supplication. Yes, go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Who can live and not see death, or who can escape the power of the grave? Everyone who lives because of faith in Jesus will never really die. Do you believe this? But God will rescue me from the power of death. In fact, when I kneel before Him I am seated in heavenly places! There I go in the Spirit, I was here but now I am not. Instead of dying in my sins slowly for eternity, in Christ I can be taken to the third heaven. This is Paradise where my LORD and Savior dwells! Take me in the Spirit, Jesus. Thank you for not leaving me in the hell of my sins, where their is death and destruction. I am more alive in Spirit before your throne though I am dead in the flesh on this earth. Soon like Enoch I will be caught up in your presence! Walking by faith, in close fellowship with Christ we were, then we were no more because God took us away with Him. Amen
