Proverbs of a 38 yr old man

We cannot earn heaven. This is because we cannot make ourselves good. We have all done evil things. We all deserve punishment. Only God can forgive us. We must trust in God. God can make us good. Jesus died to suffer our punishment. And only He can help us earn a good life here on earth. Wealth brings some good things, but wealth cannot give a good life. The earnings of the godly enhance their lives, but evil people squander their money on sin. The fear of the LORD leads to life; then one rests content, untouched by trouble. I repeat, The wages of the righteous is life, but the earnings of the wicked are sin and death. Praise God! We have gained Christ who is eternal life.
