Proverbs of a 38 yr old man

If you desire the right things, then God will give them to you. If you desire wisdom, then God will give wisdom to you. What the wicked dreads will come upon him, but the desire of the righteous will be granted. God does not waste what is holy on people who are unholy. He does not throw the pearls of his presence to people that want to wallow in sin and pleasure.

For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? The wicked trample the blood of Jesus and then turn and attack his redeemed. Oh child of faith, ask and you will receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. Would any of you give your hungry child a stone, if the child asked for some bread? So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him.
