Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Easy to please. The LORD is ready to roll up his sleeves. He just wants to see an effort at least as small as a mustard seed. You say you believe but are you willing to obey? Yes, to achieve knowing Christ by getting on your knees. Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek him. He intended that we would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not very far from each and every one of us. For it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure. Many seek the face of a ruler, but it is from the LORD that a person gets justice. I will please my God by offering my life as a living sacrifice. Hear me echo the words of my Savior Jesus: and He who sent me is with me. He has not left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to him. Amen. Here is a blessing I ask of the LORD for you: May God fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better.
