Proverbs of a 40 yr. old man
The way of peace. So many don’t know where to find peace or what it means to be just and good. They have mapped out crooked roads, and no one who follows them knows a moment’s peace. People run to do evil, and they rush to commit heinous crimes. They think only about sinning. Misery and destruction always follow them. There is a way of peace to live in provided by our LORD Jesus Christ. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. It’s your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins, he has turned away and will not listen anymore. Your hands are the hands of murderers, and your fingers are filthy with sin. Your lips are full of lies, and your mouth spews corruption. But praise God in Christ He has removed our sins as far the east is from the west. If we chose to live in Him we will have peace in our lives. Sin is what causes chaos and separation from God. You want peace in your life start practicing righteousness and relationship with Jesus. Everyone who sins is breaking God’s law, for all sin is contrary to the law of God. And you know that Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in him. Anyone who continues to live in him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know him or understand who he is. Amen. The way of peace is found in living for Jesus. Living in sin keeps you from the peace you so desire. Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all.
