The Body of Christ: His Physical Body

Good morning Brothers. Happy Wednesday. Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. God is Good all the time & All the time God is Good. Let’s sing, He’s able, He’s able, I know He’s able, I know my Lord is able. To carry me through! Today’s verse is Isaiah 53:5. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Jesus gave and gave and gave until there was no more to give except himself. He would be pierced, crushed, afflicted, scourged, and, finally, killed. But what was the purpose of all this physical suffering? All our sins were laid on Jesus' shoulders. The moment Jesus died, the barrier that prevented us from approaching God was destroyed. Remember Him as our Savior, the One who gave us His power, a place in heaven, the privilege of kingship, His compassion, and His forgiveness. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
