Sin Is Like A Virus
Sin is like a virus, and it has spread death all around our world. From the saliva of Adam and Eve found on the forbidden fruit, to the growing sicknesses of body and soul even up to this day. Sin has been destroying Gods perfect creation, marring and reeking havoc more importantly to the hearts of humanity. The soul that sinneth it will die, is a harsh reality of Scripture. No one escapes death from sin, its 100 percent lethal. No matter rich or poor, young or old, death comes to all humanity. We no longer live up to 900 yrs like our forefathers did in ancient times. Because of sins toll on the body people live maybe from 70 to 100 now. God sent his Son Jesus to contain and eliminate the sin virus in our world. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh, He did this, so that we would do what the Law commands by obeying the Spirit instead of our own desires. Jesus took upon Himself our infirmities and carried our sorrows. He cleansed our hearts and minds containing our Spirit with pure righteousness. But our flesh is the host that the sin virus will eventually die. In the wisdom and justice of God, though all must die because of sin. All are brought back to live by the vaccine of Holy Spirit. Right now sin is being eradicated from the hearts of believers. Though because of sin we are perishing daily, inwardly we are being renewed receiving eternal life. Soon sin will die with its original host the devil and his angels destroyed forever. And those in Christ will have a new host body for there renewed spirit and character. Jesus has saved us by the needle of the Cross, being injected with the antidote of spirit and life.
