Day two: God has to prune for victory.
Read Proverbs 24:30-34
Read Heb 12:11
Read Col. 2:6-7
Topic: Take care of a tree, and you will eat its fruit; look after your master, and you will be praised.
A hard worker has plenty of food, but a person who chases fantasies has no sense.
In John 15:2 Jesus says, Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that continues to bear fruit, He repeatedly prunes, so that it will bear more fruit even richer and finer fruit. Pruning is vitally important for us to grow in our walk with God. You must stay in relationship with Christ and not stray from Him in sin.
05:12:05 From Juan A Wyatte Sr. To Everyone:
“I went past the field of a sluggard, past the vineyard of someone who has no sense; thorns had come up everywhere, the ground was covered with weeds, and the stone wall was in ruins. I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw: A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest— and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.”
Proverbs 24:30-34
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”
Hebrews 12:11
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
Colossians 2:6-7
“He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.”
John 15:2
I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
John 15:1-5
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
John 15:7
“May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us— so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations. May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.”
Psalms 67:1-3
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
Philippians 4:6

Weeds grow on their own, you don't even have to work it .
The weeds suck up what you have left over.
Some roots you have to pull out.
We reap what we sow. If we do nothing the weeds will grow.
