Good morning brother,
John 2:1-11 - Jesus Turns Water into Wine at the Wedding in Cana
John 4:43-54 - Jesus Heals an Official’s Son at Capernaum in Galilee
Mark 1:21-27, Luke 4:31-36 - Jesus Drives Out an Evil Spirit From a Man in Capernaum
Thoughts: I believe that when God answers prayer, that a miracle has occurred. God has stepped into our world to act in response to our prayer. Whether that is to heal the sick, protect from harm, or equip us for service in his kingdom, all of these are miracles. They are God’s intervention in the normal working of the natural world, and these miracles are happening in the world today.
On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.” John 2:1-6
Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim. Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.”
“After the two days he left for Galilee. (Now Jesus himself had pointed out that a prophet has no honor in his own country.) When he arrived in Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him. They had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival, for they also had been there. Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum. When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea, he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death.”
John 4:43-47
That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God. Amos 9:12-15
This is real faith to believe in a miracle before we see it happen. Jesus hears us everytime that we pray to him. We must believe that he will answer our prayers. He can do more than we can imagine. Eph. 3:20-21
Great thought of how the Movie the Matrix can potray how the devil and his demons tried to bring attention to Jesus constantly before the hour of his time has come.
Thank you for another great day of Zoom Battle Prayer.
