Oh To Be Wise Meditations

The glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. The pillar of cloud and fire that had guided and protected Israel settled over the tabernacle as a sign of Gods presence and approval. Jesus did the same when He came to our world. Scripture says, and the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. We looked upon His glory, the glory of the one and only from the Father, full of grace and truth. The Lord has always been there for us like a pillar of fire by night. A guiding light for us to walk through in the valley of the shadow of death. And a cloud by day shielding us from overbearing trial and temptation. But Christ has settled over each and everyone of us that have put there hope in him. The Spirit of Christ has filled the tabernacle of our hearts. He has made His dwelling place in us; He is our God, and we are his people. You are God's chosen and special people. You are a group of royal priests and a holy nation. God has brought you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Now you must tell all the wonderful things he has done. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. Clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires. Meditate Gal. 3:27
