A Great Mercy

Good morning Brothers. Happy Friday! Praise God the end of the week is here. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for someone today. God will hear and answer your prayers. What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. ‭‭(1 Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭12‬). ‭Let’s sing, Who can cheer the heart like Jesus, By His presence all divine? True and tender, pure and precious, Oh, how blest to call Him mine! Love of Christ so freely given, Grace of God beyond degree, Mercy higher than the heaven, Deeper than the deepest sea. All that thrills my soul is Jesus; He is more than life to me; And the fairest of ten thousand, In my blessed Lord I see. Today’s verse is from Matthew 5:7. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. And while it's easier said than done, God’s people are called to be merciful. Even when someone has wronged you. Yes, even when they don't deserve your kindness. Yes, even when you don't feel like being merciful. God has shown us a great mercy. And now? We can extend mercy to others. God loves you.
