Be Strong and Courageous

Good morning, Happy Friday! Thank God for another week. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to prepare for tomorrow’s rest. Let’s sing. When you see what God's doing in this, It will be worth it. When you see why He did not say Yes, It will be worth it. On the other side of every test, It's always worth it. I know he has not revealed it yet,Just know that it's worth it! Today’s verse is from 1 Corinthians 16:13. Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Be on Guard! Power and politics within the church community can cause Christians to stray from Jesus' teachings and compete with each other. And because of this, the poor suffer, people are confused about theology, and immorality is tolerated. We must be in guard to notice the lies, tricks, or deceptions the devil is using to infiltrate our community. Stand firm! We are all one body. If one person is allowed to disrespect God, then we are all part of the problem. We need to learn how to stand firm in our faith so that our ultimate desire would be to please God, not people. Be courageous and strong! Do everything in love! Courageously use your gifts and talents to strengthen your church community and help it grow-even when it seemed counter-cultural and uncomfortable. If God's love doesn't define us, standing firm can become self-righteousness, strength can turn into stubbornness, and courage can become arrogance. God invited us to a better way. Strength, courage, and commitment—none of it matters if God's love isn't at the center of everything we think and do. Today, what steps will you take to stand firm in what you believe with strength and courage? God loves you. Have a blessed day.
