Compelled by Love

Good morning Brothers, Happy Wednesday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. God is good all the time and all the time God is Good. Today take a moment to check on a loved one, tomorrow is not promised. Jesus wept! (John‬ ‭11‬:‭35‬). Let’s sing, The winds and the waves shall obey thy will, peace, be still! Whether the wrath of the storm-tossed sea, or struggles or evil, whatever it be, No water can swallow the ship where lies the master of ocean and earth and skies: They all shall sweetly obey thy will. Peace, be still! Peace, be still! They all shall sweetly obey thy will. Peace, peace, be still! Today’s verse is from John 15:12. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Jesus didn't see problems He saw people. And so can we. Jesus showed His love by living selflessly, prioritizing others, and ultimately laying down His life. How can you live like Jesus today? Love. Serve. Give grace. And tell others the truth about Him. If we're ever unsure about how to love others, let's look to Jesus as the ultimate example. He lived selflessly, prioritized other people, served to the point of death, and valued both truth and grace. And as we love like Jesus, we will become more like Him. God loves you.
