Following the Way of Jesus

Good morning Brothers, Happy Wednesday! Thank God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Pray for someone in need today. Let’s sing, You met me deep in my despair to show me. You would never leave me there. You claimed because I was made for so much more. I am your child and I'm worth fighting for. Eyes haven't seen, Ears haven't heard all you have planned for me. And nothing can separate, Me from your love when there's so much more. Today’s verse is from Luke 9:23-24. Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. Discipleship is not something we do once or twice. It is a lifestyle that must be lived out each and every day. The way of life Jesus modeled was to suffer on the cross. When we deny ourselves, we represent Christ to those around us. Commit to following Jesus no matter how hard the path gets. And pray for strength and endurance as you follow Him. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
