He Started It
Good morning Brothers, Happy Sunday! Praise God for waking you up this first day of the week. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for a loved one. God will hear and answer your prayers. Let’s sing, Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father, There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not; As Thou hast been Thou forever will be. Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see; All I have needed Thy hand hath provided, Great is Thy faithfulness! Lord unto me! Today’s verse is from Philippians 1:6. Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Think about it: Who started this thing we call life? Who made this world and everything in it? Before you were ever born, God already had you in mind. Before you could even walk or talk or have dreams for yourself, God already had a plan. Before you knew to look to Him or to follow Him or to worship Him, God was already at work—in you, around you, and through you. God always finishes what He starts. Let's commit to God's good work inside of us. Let's magnify Him in everything we do. Let's believe that He'll finish what He has begun. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
