Keep Asking

Good morning Brothers, Happy Saturday! Praise God for bringing you through another week and for this day of Sabbath rest! God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for those affected by the Government shutdown. God will hear and answer your prayers. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.(‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭26‬). Let’s sing, There's a sweet, sweet spirit in this place, And I know that it's the spirit of the Lord; There are sweet expressions on each face And I know they feel the presence of the Lord! Sweet Holy Spirit, Sweet Heavenly Dove, Stay right here with us filling us with Your love, And for these blessings we lift our hearts in praise, Without a doubt we'll know that we have been revived When we shall leave this place. Today’s verse is from Matthew 7:8. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Keep asking. Keep seeking. Keep knocking. Keep expecting God to move! Instead of worrying about your friends who don't know Christ, pray for them! Serve them. Share God's unending love with them. When we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. And when He draws near, He transforms the way we think, renews our minds, restores our souls, and leads us down paths that are for our good and His glory. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
