Let Your Light Shine

Good morning Brothers. Happy Tuesday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. Thank him for the first week of school! God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for the safety and guidance of all the returning students and teachers. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.(Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬-‭9‬). ‭Let’s sing, Marvelous grace of our loving Lord, Grace that exceeds our sin and our guilt! Yonder on Calvary's mount outpoured. There where the blood of the Lamb was spilt. Sin and despair, like the sea-waves cold, Threaten the soul with infinite loss; Grace that is greater; yes, grace untold; Points to the Refuge, the mighty Cross. Grace, grace, God's grace, Grace that will pardon and cleanse within; Grace, grace, God's grace, Grace that is greater than all our sin! Today’s verse is from Matthew 5:16. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. When you go out of your way to love others, you are showing them the light and love of Jesus. When you share Jesus' message, you're shining His light into a dark and desperate world. When you serve the people around you, you put a spotlight on God's character. Represent Him well today! God loves you. Have a blessed day.
