Oh To Be Wise Meditations

And because I preach this Good News, I am suffering and have been chained like a criminal. But the word of God cannot be chained. Oh Paul, who true are those words. Your dedication to the Kingdom is so refreshing. Knowing that Gods word cannot be stopped, the fire of Holy Spirit in the Living Word can penetrate every soul. Jesus, make me willing like the Apostle Paul to endure anything if it will bring salvation and eternal glory in Christ Jesus to those God has chosen. This is a trustworthy saying: If we die with him, we will also live with him. If we endure hardship, we will reign with him. If we deny him, he will deny us. If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny who he is. I wish I can make this bleed for you the way you bled for me Jesus. Your beauty and your wisdom inspires me. There are no words that can capture your glory, I write and I write, I meditate and ponder your Living Word. Oh the pleasure I feel, when I write I feel your pleasure in me! There is so much power in the presence, I drop my pen in exhaustion and awe of the weighty presence of Holy Spirit. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty. I fall at your knees Jesus like Peter. "Go away from me, Lord, I am a sinful man." I can not see your face, for no one can see your face and live! For the LORD takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory. Clothe me still with your salvation, cause me to sing out in joy! O God, you take no pleasure in wickedness; you cannot tolerate the sins of the wicked. The arrogant cannot stand in your presence. You hate all who do wrong; you destroy those who tell lies. The bloodthirsty and deceitful you, LORD, detest. Because of your unfailing love, I can enter your house; I will worship at your Temple with deepest awe. I see you High and Lifted Up, I feel your presence! Lead me in the right path, O LORD, or my enemies will conquer me. Make your way plain for me to follow. You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
