Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Before you walk on water know that you are standing on the Rock! Heard a sister in Christ share this in prayer, thought this was so inspiring. There are things in our lives we are fearful to walk in faith in. The waves are coming in high and fear grips the soul as we get into deeper waters. The fear of sin and death is real and doubt creeps in as we sink in despair. I must not get into fear but stand on the promises of God! The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? Jesus only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken. With every step on on rough waters I stand on the solid rock of his promises.
