Prayer Matters

Good morning Brothers, Happy Wednesday. Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for someone, God will hear and answer your prayers. But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet.(Matthew‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬-‭22‬). Let’s sing, This is my Father’s world, and to my listening ears, all nature sings, and round me rings, the music of the spheres. This is my Father’s world: I rest me in the thought, of rocks and trees, of skies and seas; his hand the wonders wrought. Today’s verse is from Ephesians 6:18. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. When you're not sure what to pray, the Holy Spirit will help you, guide you, and comfort you. Who is God prompting you to pray for today? To connect with? To serve? As we pray, we should not be discouraged when we don't see immediate change. God is always working in our lives, even if it doesn't match our desired timeline. We may not receive the answers we want, but we can rest assured that God is always listening and working on our behalf. Take some time today to pray to God. Thank Him for all He has done for you. Tell Him your needs. Think of a few people in your life that you can pray for. Take a moment to pray for them by name. Throughout your day, use every opportunity to pray to God. God loves you.
