Preach to Yourself

Good morning Brothers, Happy Saturday. Praise God for waking you up this Sabbath morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to give someone a hug, your embrace might be the comfort they need! Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; that thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.(Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭16‬-‭18‬). Let’s sing, We gather together to ask the Lord's blessing; He chastens and hastens His will to make known; The wicked oppressing now cease from distressing, Sing praises to His name; He forgets not His own. Beside us to guide us, our God with us joining, Ordaining, maintaining His kingdom divine; So from the beginning the fight we were winning;

Thou, Lord, wast at our side; all glory be Thine! Today’s verse is from Psalms 103:2. Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all his benefits. So how have you seen God show up in a way that you never want to forget? Thank Him for what He's done, and worship Him for who He is. Take a moment to remind yourself how God has shown up in your life. Then, thank Him for the ways that He's carried you through. When we publicly honor and give credit to God, others notice.
