Proverbs of a 37 yr old man
I am a man on fire daily. On the outside you only see the smoke of fervent sanctification causing my eyes to tear in agony. But on the inside the holy fire of God has lit my coals of guilt and shame. Having an inner turmoil with the flesh, I am asking God to burn away desires I have so desperately held on to. He knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. It's like tattoo removal of the soul, and just like tattoo removal of the skin it will not just take months but years. Its expensive costing the blood of Jesus to get sin out of our lives. But yes sin can be overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Just like tattoo removal their is pain involved, the needle of the Cross goes into our hearts and minds. God looks at the heart man does not. He does not require an outward mark of allegiance but a circumcision of the heart. The veil of heaven was torn in two when Christ died on the Cross. This gave God in Christ access to get pass the superficial flesh and actually leave his imprint on the heart and soul. We should be in molding, a holy welding by the refiners fire, allowing God to dross away impurities of sin. Till Jesus takes me home or comes again, the fervent fire of his love will always be burning as He is making me into his image. I am man filled with the fiery love of Jesus daily.
