Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Can you imagine? Right after those days of suffering, "The sun will become dark, and the moon will no longer shine. The stars will fall, and the powers in the sky will be shaken." Then a sign will appear in the sky. And there will be the Son of Man. All nations on earth will weep when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. At the sound of a loud trumpet, he will send his angels to bring his chosen ones together from all over the earth. However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.” Rather, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.” Oh the satisfying recompense and the joy of resurrection that the LORD Jesus will provide when He comes again! Families united again. The poor made rich in the Kingdom. The fatherless find a home. The homeless find shelter and peace in the City of God. Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.” Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped; Then the lame will leap like a deer and the mute tongue will shout for joy. Say today: And now the prize awaits me, the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing.
