Proverbs of a 39 yr old man

Sometimes you just need to practice restraint and just let people speak until they correct themselves. By you arguing and challenging every point, the root of argument never gets addressed. The Holy Spirit is the only one who convicts hearts, and by your silence they may see the error of there own ways. You just have to make sure you have no spec in your own eye so your not seen as a hypocrite. Whoever has knowledge controls his words, and a person who has understanding is even-tempered. Even fools are thought wise when they keep silent; with their mouths shut, they seem intelligent. Amazing how if you talk too much you will say the wrong thing usually. For we all stumble in many ways. We all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way. So lets be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. Give people that grace to hear them out and allow God to change their hearts and minds by your listening heart. You will see that an opportunity will come soon to share light and wisdom because of your humility and honor.
