Proverbs of a 40 yr old man

A dear brother of mine had a word that he shared with me. I spoke to me so much that I want to share it with you, and expound on it a little more in the Spirit. The word He got was He saw a Cornucopia filled with all kinds of precious fruit. For those who do not know what a Cornucopia like me at first: Curved, hollow goat's horn or similarly shaped receptacle (such as a horn-shaped basket) that is overflowing especially with fruit and vegetables (such as gourds, ears of corn, apples, and grapes) and that is used as a decorative motif emblematic of abundance. He saw this Cornucopia in us as the Spirit of Christ bears spiritual fruit in us to share with others. The Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! The peaceable fruit of His Righteousness is constantly reproducing in us allowing us to live an abundant life. This is why we are never to hungry and thirst again for this world because Jesus life giving Spirit is spirit and life to us all! We are to be living Cornucopia filled with spiritual fruit that we can give to others who are hungry and thirsty for meaning and purpose. People should see the fruit of the Spirit as we talk with them. They will know we are Christians by our love. They should see joy in our hearts when we talk about our peace in God in the midst of the storms. Patience should flow out of us as we comfort those who are struggling with doubt. And the goodness of God should be seen as we share grace and forgiveness with each other. Think about this as I close. We are to bear the fruit of self control so much that in the midst of trial and temptation we are full and overflowing with contentment in Christ. Amen. Many of us walk around with a whip of which only Jesus should handle and not us. His Righteous anger is holy and just and He will judge the world not us. We are to bear fruit for Kingdom in every season, and where our leaf doe not wither because we are connected to the true Vine. Ask God today to continue to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better. I pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.
